Guide - PST to MBOX Converter Works?

Step 1:

• Download , install and run PST Converter.
• Click on the "Open" button to load Outlook PST file.
• There are two options to browse PST file(s).
  
  Add File: To select PST file one by one.
  Add Folder: To select folder of PST files.

Step 2:

• Show the preview of all Outlook PST emails including these items:
  
  Messages
  Attachments
  Embedded Images
  HTML Formatting
  Attachments
  Header's Details
  Contacts
  Calendar
  Tasks
  Notes
  Journal

Step 3:

• You can also export selected items only. Just select the emails or other items that you want to convert and proceed to the next step.
• Click on "Export" button from menu.
• Click on "Browse" button to select destination path.
• Select MBOX as Export option for supported 20+ Email Client.

Step 4:

• Message Filtering: This option allows you to export PST items as per given date range.
• Folder Selection: You can also select/ deselect PST folders from the left pane of the software. This option helps you to export only required folder(s).

Step 5:

• Multiple File Types: There are 10+ file conversion options for different platforms and devices.
  
  MBOX: → Export to MBOX Format
  EML: → Export to Windows Live Message
  EMLX: → Export to MAC EMLX Message
  MSG: → Export to Outlook Message
  HTML: → Export Message to HTML
  VCF: → Export Contact to vCard
  ICS: → Export Calendar to ICS
  PDF: → Export Message to PDF
  NSF: → Export to Lotus Notes
  TGZ: → Export to Zimbra
  OLM: → Export to MAC Outlook OLM

Step 6:

• Click on "Convert Now" button to start PST to MBOX conversion process.

Step 7:

• For Google Gmail | G-Suite
• Enter Google Gmail credentials:
  
  User Name/ Email ID:
  Password:
• Message Filtering: Click on this option to filter messages by specific date range.
• Now, click on "Connect to Server" button for connecting to Gmail Account

Step 8:

• Upload PST to Office 365 [direct]
  Click on "Office 365" button from menu.

Step 9:

• For Office 365 [Supported All Plan]
• Enter Office 365 credentials:
  
  User Name/ Email ID:
  Password:
• Message Filtering: Click on this option to filter messages by specific date range.
• Now, click on "Connect to Server" button for connecting to Office 365 A/c.

Step 10:

• Click on "Start Processing" button to import PST items into Office 365 account directly.

• For Exchange Server: Click on "Office 365" button from menu.
• Enter Exchange Server credentials:
  
  Domain Name/IP:
  Exchange Version:
  User Name/ Email ID:
  Password:
• Message Filtering: Click on this option to filter messages by specific date range.
• Now, click on "Connect to Server" button for connecting to Office 365 A/c.

Step 11:

• Click on "Start Processing" button to import PST items into Live Exchange Server profile directly.
