Purchase Order Payment & Delivery

Business / Corporate Clients/ Institutes/Government Organizations/Defense Establishments etc. can order for the KDETOOLS range of software by placing Purchase Order through the authorized payment gateway FastSpring. To access this facility, click on the option provided in the order page as Purchase order after filling in the details.

Obtainability

After reading about purchase orders, once you have decided that you want to accept them as a payment method, this article will teach you how to manage purchase orders in [KDETOOLS] FastSpring's SpringBoard. Payment of a purchase order can be fulfilled by a credit card or cheque. When customers choose purchase orders as the payment method, they will receive an invoice that links to the available payment options. During the set-up process for purchase orders, you have a choice to deliver your products immediately after payment or to require your approval before delivering products. If you choose to require approval before product delivery, where you will manually approve or decline an order, you will also decide for each purchase order whether to deliver products before or after payment.

Deliver After Payment 

If during the purchase order set up process you choose Deliver After Payment for purchase order processing, KDETOOLS will collect payment for the order before any product registration information is provided to the customer. This requires no manual effort. The customer is given a link to an invoice (see image below right) with the information needed to complete the payment. Once the customer completes the payment, the delivery will occur. No delivery will occur until payment is completed. This selection adds a new section on your KDETOOLS Store Home in the Orders box called Pending Payment.

Customers can pay for Purchase Orders with either one of the following payment methods:

• Credit cards
• PayPal
• Wire/Bank transfer
• Direct Debit
• Other payment methods activated for your account

Submission and Payment Time Limit

Customer have up to 7th days at their disposal to submit the signed Purchase Order form to Fastspring/Paypal. Failure to upload the pre-filled Purchase Order form ahead of the time limit results in the cancellation of the order. Failure to process the payment ahead of the time limit does not result in the cancellation of the subscription.

Step 1: Select the Purchase Order option

Please select the item you want to purchase on our pricing page. Once you click on the price, the KDETOOLS order page for this product opens. The PO option is displayed as the last option in the Payment Method section at the end of the order page.

Step 2: An order summary appears => Click "Complete Order"

Step 3: Invoice and payment instructions

Your order is now placed. The page shows the invoice and the option to pay now..

Step 4: "Pay now"

Once you select "Pay now" another order summary page is shown. Click "Next".

Step 5: Select payment method and complete the order

Now a new order page is shown, and all information is already filled in (since you entered it in step 1). On this page, you can select your preferred payment option and pay for your order.

As soon as KDETOOLS receives the payment, their system automatically sends you the UI. Vision license keys and download information by email.

If you select Credit Card, Paypal or Amazon as a payment option, this step usually takes only a few seconds. If you prefer to pay by wire transfer or cheque, the system sends out the order information as soon as the payment is received.
