[How it Works ] - Zimbra to Exchange Converter - Directly - Works?

Step 1:

• Download , install and run Zimbra to Exchange Converter.
• Click on the "Open" button to load Zimbra TGZ file.
• There are two options to browse TGZ file(s).
  
  Add File: [Single TGZ]
  To Select TGZ file one by one.
  
  Add Folder: [Multiple TGZ]
  To Select Folder of multiple TGZ files.

Step 2:

• Show the preview of all Zimbra TGZ emails including these items:
  
  INBOX
  Messages
  Attachments
  Briefcase
  Contacts
  Calendar
  Sent
  HTML Formatting
  Header's Details
  Tasks
  Notes
  Journal

Step 3:

• For Exchange Server: Click on "Office 365" button from menu.
• Enter Exchange Server credentials:
  
  Domain Name/IP:
  Exchange Version:
  User Name/ Email ID:
  Password:
• Now, click on "Connect to Server" button for connecting to Exchange Server Live A/c.

Step 4:

• Select Domain Name/IP:


• Exchange Version: 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007


• Click on "Start Processing" button to Migrate Zimbra to Exchange Server profile directly.

Step 5:

• Click on "User Email Selection" Import TGZ Files to Exchange Server (2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007) User by clicking Select (TGZ) file and migrate data of selected file before starting the export process .

Step 6:

• Click on "Move multiple User Processing" Move multiple Zimbra users files to Exchange Server in Multiple User by clicking Select (Uers ID) option and Import Zimbra data of selected User account before starting the export process. .

Step 7:

• Click on "Start Processing" button to Convert Zimbra Mailbox items to Exchange Server live profile directly.
