Unzip .TGZ File and Extract .META files from Zimbra Desktop

"First" You can downlaod [7zip | WinRAR | WinZip Tool. to unzip the *TGZ/TAR files and "Select" the zipped file in its saving location, then click on "Right" button on that file and select "Extract TGZ Files" option. Then you will have the main folder c"ontaining .meta" files from .TGZ/TAR.

So, with 7-Zip, you have to follow this sequence : 1st - *TGZ >> 2nd - *TAR >> 3rd - *Folder.

Steps-1: "Open " Zimbra desktop

Steps-2: Go to the 'Preference' tab from the Menu Bar.

Steps-3: Click on the 'Export or Import' button.

Steps-4: Go to the 'Advanced Settings' tab and select the files that you need to export.

Steps-5: A pop-up window will appear, asking you to save the .tgz file at the desired location. Go to the 'Save File' option.

Steps-6: Click on TGZ file and right-click on the button to extract the files.

Steps-7: After unzipping file successfully, you will get a folder with the same name as shown here: Click on 'OK'.

Install and Run:- KDETools Zimbra Converter for Further Conversion.

Steps: Go to Start menu » Programs » KDETools Zimbra Converter. Software will display the following screen:

Three Migration Option - Add "Single Mailbox", Add "Multiple Mailboxes" & "Add Extracted Folders".
