Step 1:

• Click on the "Open" button to load Zimbra TGZ file.
• Three Conversion Option - Single Mailbox, Multiple Mailboxes , Extracted Folders

Add File: [Single Mailbox]
To Select TGZ file one by one.

Add Folder: [Multiple Mailbox]
To Select Folder of multiple TGZ files.

Add Extracted Folders:
To Add Extracted Folder of multiple TGZ Folders.

Step 2:

After Browsing the Single or Multiple folder having Zimbra mailboxes, software lists all the Zimbra TGZ mailboxes as shown below:

Step 3:

• Show the preview of all Zimbra TGZ emails including these items:
  
  INBOX
  Messages
  Attachments
  Briefcase
  Contacts
  Calendar
  Sent
  HTML Formatting
  Header's Details
  Tasks
  Notes
  Journal

Step 4:

• You can also export selected items only. Just select the emails or other items that you want to convert and proceed to the next step.
• Click on "Export" button from menu.

Step 5:

• Multiple File Types: There are 10+ file conversion options for different platforms and devices.
  
  PST: → Export to Outlook PST
  EML: → Export to Windows Live Message
  EMLX: → Export to MAC EMLX Message
  MSG: → Export to Outlook Message
  HTML: → Export Message to HTML
  MBOX: → Export to MBOX Format
  VCF: → Export Contact to vCard
  ICS: → Export Calendar to ICS
  PDF: → Export Message to PDF
  NSF: → Export to Lotus Notes
  OLM: → Export to MAC Outlook OLM

Step 6:

• If you want to Split Oversized Zimbra files to PST by Size
• Select PST as Export option for Microsoft Outlook.
• For PST, you can also Split resultant file according to Size.

Step 7:

• Message Filtering: This option allows you to export Zimbra TGZ items as per given date range.
• Folder Selection: You can also select/ deselect Zimbra folders from the left pane of the software. This option helps you to export only required folder(s).

Step 8:

• Click on "Convert Now" button to start Zimbra Mailbox Migration process.
