Steps:1- After that launch the Zimbra Converter software and click on the Get Demo button. If you have purchased a license key then activate the full version without any limitation

Steps:2- Click on "Open TGZ" button to Browse the Zimbra TGZ | TAR files

Steps:3-There are available THREE Browsing Options to "Load Single or Multiple Bulk Zimbra TGZ file,

• Add File(s):You can click on Add option to browse .Tgz file into the software.
• Add Folder: Select Add Folders option to "Load multiple .Tgz" files with folder.
• Add Extracted Folder: click on Extracted option to Browse Extracted Multiple TGZ folders

Note: For Bulk Migration, you can load multiple tgz file at once.

Steps:4- Complete Preview of all Zimbra TGZ emails including these items: [ Inbox, Attachments, Briefcase, Calendar, Contacts, Folders]. Now Click on Next... Office 365 button

Steps:5- Automatic Authentications Method:- Click on Office 365 button - Select in the automatic Authentications, you will be redirected to Office 365 login window wherein you need to login with Global admin account credentials. The application will be registered with Azure AD automatically and click Accept to grant requested permissions when prompted.

Check the option "Modern Auto Authentications" and click the "Connect Now" button.

Steps:6- Enter the required credentials in the Microsoft login window and sign in

Steps:7- Check the consent on behalf of your organization and click on the Accept

Steps:8- Successfully Connected:- Click on "Select of any email ID" Import Zimbra to Office 365 User by Selected (Users Email ID) and migrate data of selected file before starting the export process.

Steps:9- : Display Multiple Uers Accounts to Imported

Click on Any users accounts to "Transfer Multiple Processing" Move multiple Zimbra users files to Office 365 in Multiple User by clicking Select (Uers ID) option and Import Zimbra data of selected User account before starting the export process.

Steps:10- :Uploading Process: - Click on "Convert" button to "Start Uploading" to Upload Multiple Users from Zimbra to Office 365 account directly.

Steps:11- :Click on Login Office 365 Mail Panel to Successfully Uploading Complete Mailboxes in Office 365.

How to Migrate Online Zimbra IMAP to Office 365 Directly

After that launch the KDETools Zimbra Converter - [all in one] Toolkits and click on the Get Demo button if you don't have a valid license key.

• Online Zimbra Server Migration,
  Select 2nd Option to "Login Online Zimbra [One by One Accounts] in Live.

Note: For Bulk Migration, you can Add One by One Zimbra Users.

You can validate Login to Micriosoft Open Dialog

Type Office 365 login credentials to sign-in in M365 account. Wait until the process completes then click on the Ok button.

Tab:1- Enter Users Login and "Admin Login" Email Address or Select Email Address

Get Allow to App Permission Request, Checked - Consent on behlf of your Organization
